The atmosphere emphasises the concept of the simple and homely typical eating establishment, the “Trattoria”, where the cult of age-old flavours lives on through recipes which have helped to write the magnificent history of Italian cuisine.
During the cold season, the fire in the hearth rekindles the atmosphere, conjuring up memories of slowly cooked soups, spit-roasted meats and polenta; the summer offers romantic dinners on the splendid terrace overlooking the lake, which sparkles under the light of the moon and the stars.
