The Gramen Restaurant features a terrace overlooking the lake with a unique view and its concept, signed by the Michelin-starred Executive Chef Matteo Maenza, is based on the Mediterranean diet and the respect for the planet and ourselves. The two tasting menus are respectively inspired by the energy therapeutic garden, and the aquatic world respectively, with dishes based on freshwater and sea fish.
